Job summary

Genting Casinos UK Ltd. is seeking an experienced Pit Boss to support management, ensure compliance with gambling legislation, and uphold the highest standards of efficiency, security and customer care across shifts, including nights and weekends.

The role requires PFL, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to change and staff development. You will coach staff, monitor gaming activity, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• PFL required or eligible to obtain.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach staff.
• Proven commitment to high standards of customer service and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Gambling Act 2005, Gambling Commission guidelines, LCCP and licensing conditions.
• Supervise gaming activities to uphold fairness and accuracy.
• Coach and evaluate team performance to meet productivity goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high security standards.
• Manage shift patterns, including nights and weekends, with flexibility.
