Qualifications

Knowledge of Gambling Act 2005, Gambling Commission guidelines and LCCP.

Leads by example with on‑floor presence and customer service focus.
Maintains clear communication across departments and shifts.

Responsibilities

Fulfil duty manager responsibilities and optimise live table gaming performance.
Maximise turnover by efficient table availability and staff utilisation.
Monitor table results, high value players and incidents for risk control.
Oversee recruitment, training and performance management of team.
Ensure health and safety, security and emergency systems compliance.
Handle complaints with empathy and resolution, uphold Genting standards.
