Overview

As a Branch Manager overseeing Porta Kleen’s CCTV services and new business ventures, you’ll drive operational excellence, develop emerging service lines, and lead a skilled team of technicians. This leadership role blends team development, client relationship management, and strategic growth, helping to shape the future of Porta Kleen's offerings.

What you’ll do as a Branch Manager at Porta Kleen

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the CCTV service division and new business unit, ensuring service delivery excellence.
  • Supervise and support a team of technicians and staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Monitor KPIs and service metrics to maintain quality, safety, and compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategies for market expansion and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and responsive service.
  • Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and inventory for the branch and its service lines.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and innovation aligned with Porta Kleen’s values.

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, field service management, or related industries; experience in CCTV or technical services .
  • Proven leadership experience managing field teams and service operations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial and performance data.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and field service management tools.
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
