Summary of duties and responsibilities
The scope of the Branch Operations Manager role is to oversee daily operations at a local branch, ensuring efficient service delivery, staff management, and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating field and administrative teams, managing workflow and resource allocation, monitoring branch performance metrics, and implementing company policies to maintain operational standards. The Branch Operations Manager also collaborates with sales, technical, and corporate leadership to support branch growth, resolve escalated issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
