Branch Sales Manager – Fuel Cards
Location: Southport (On-site)
Salary: £50,000 + Commission + Bonus
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 3-day Christmas shutdown, pension, strong package
I am working with a growing, family-owned fuel card business looking for a Branch Sales Manager to lead their internal sales team. You’ll drive performance, set KPIs, and foster a high-energy, target-driven environment focused on SME clients.
You’ll be at the heart of the branch’s sales operation—setting KPIs, motivating the team, and developing structured plans to win new business and grow existing accounts, with a focus on the SME market. You’ll bring clarity, direction, and energy to a vibrant team that’s hungry for leadership and growth.
