Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is hiring a Functional/Disability Assessor (PIP) to replace shift work with a 9–5 pattern. The role is office-based in Weymouth during training and becomes 50/50 hybrid after. You’ll assess functional capacity, review medical evidence, and produce clear, evidence-based reports for diverse health conditions.

The package starts at £40,000–£43,000 with uplifts and bonuses, plus a range of benefits and a structured training plan to support career change.

Qualifications

• Active professional registration and full right to work in the UK.
• Minimum 1 year post-qualification clinical experience for ages 16–65.
• Proficient in writing clear, objective reports and using IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Conducting face-to-face, phone, or video consultations with people living with a wide range of physical and mental health conditions
• Reviewing medical evidence and applying clinical judgement to assess functional capacity
• Writing clear, objective, evidence-based reports
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction
