Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a Senior OT Security Consultant to join the new Belfast DTCS OT Security team within a leading innovation and transformation consultancy. You will drive engagements across critical infrastructure and regulated environments, shaping security strategies and operating models from the ground up.

The role targets Senior Consultant to Principal Consultant levels, offering early involvement to influence people, propositions, client work and long-term direction in Belfast.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT/ICS security consulting or delivery.
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure domains (energy, utilities, defence).
• Ability to engage senior client stakeholders on risk and strategy.
• Familiarity with frameworks like IEC 62443, NIST.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security engagements with clients.
• Shape OT security strategies and transformation programmes.
• Lead security assessments across complex industrial environments.
• Advise senior stakeholders on OT cyber risk and architecture.
• Mentor junior consultants and support growth of Belfast practice.
