Job summary

Anson McCade is partnering with a Belfast-based practice to build a new OT Security capability within the Digital Trust & Cyber Security (DTCS) field. Senior consultants to principal consultants will tackle critical infrastructure security challenges and shape the Belfast OT Security team from the ground up.

The role focuses on leading engagements, designing operating models, and mentoring others while influencing long-term direction and client work in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive OT/ICS security experience.
• Experience with critical infrastructure environments.
• Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security engagements across complex environments.
• Shape OT security strategies and transformation programmes.
• Lead security assessments for industrial environments.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on OT cyber risk.
• Develop OT security architectures and operating models.
• Contribute to segmentation, monitoring, vulnerability management and threat detection.
• Mentor junior consultants and support growth of Belfast practice.
• Support proposition development and wider business growth.
