Job summary

Anson McCade Belfast is seeking Senior OT Security professionals to help build a new OT Security capability within the DTCS practice. Senior to Principal levels, you will lead OT security engagements across critical infrastructure sectors and shape the Belfast team.

This is a ground-up opportunity to influence people, propositions, client work and long-term direction, with mentoring of junior consultants and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• OT/ICS Cyber Security expertise
• Experience with SCADA/DCS/PLC environments
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST or similar frameworks
• Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security engagements for clients in regulated sectors
• Shape OT security strategies and transformation programmes
• Lead security assessments across complex industrial environments
• Advise senior client stakeholders on OT cyber risk and architecture
• Develop OT security architectures and operating models
• Collaborate on segmentation, monitoring, vulnerability management and threat detection
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and contribute to growth of Belfast practice
• Support proposition development and broader business growth
