Job summary

Anson McCade in Belfast is building a new OT Security capability within the DTCS practice. We seek Senior OT Security Consultants to join a team shaping delivery across critical infrastructure, defence, energy, and regulated environments.

You will engage at Senior to Principal levels, lead engagements, and influence strategy, architecture, and operating models while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to growth and client work.

Qualifications

• OT security experience beyond traditional IT security.
• Experience across critical infrastructure, defence, energy or regulated sectors.
• Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders on OT cyber risk.
• Knowledge of OT security frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST) and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security engagements across complex environments.
• Shape OT security strategies and transformation programmes.
• Lead security assessments of industrial environments.
• Advise senior stakeholders on OT cyber risk.
• Develop OT security architectures and operating models.
• Work on segmentation, monitoring, vulnerability management and threat detection.
• Contribute to Belfast OT Security practice growth and development of staff.
• Mentor junior consultants and support propositions.
