Job summary

Anson McCade is recruiting for a Senior OT Security Consultant to join a newly forming Belfast DTCS practice within a leading innovation and transformation consultancy. This permanent role offers the chance to help build the Belfast OT Security capability from the ground up and to influence people, propositions, client work and long-term direction.

You will work with clients across critical infrastructure, defence, energy and other highly regulated environments, tackling complex OT security

Qualifications

• OT security expertise distinct from traditional IT security (IEC/NIST familiarity encouraged).
• Experience with OT environments, industrial control systems and segmentation.
• Experience with security assessments and architecture development in regulated settings.
• Consulting experience is valuable; strong client engagement skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security engagements.
• Shape OT security strategies and transformation programmes.
• Lead security assessments across complex industrial environments.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on OT cyber risk.
• Develop OT security architectures and operating models.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice growth.
• Support proposition development and wider business growth.
