As a Pilates Instructor, you will deliver Pilates classes and guide participants ensuring they experience the joy of movement while achieving their fitness goals. Further responsibilities include delivering a structured and dynamic group program, supporting participants of all fitness levels, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment.

We are seeking a qualified fitness instructor with a passion for Pilates, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with participants on a personal level.

As a casual worker, the council will enhance your hourly rate by 12.07% to compensate you for annual leave. You will have no fixed hours and will work on an as‑needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the council is not obliged to offer you work.
