Job summary

Wiltshire Council Leisure Centre seeks a casual NPLQ Trainer Assessor to lead and deliver activities resulting in certificates and attendance endorsements. You will creatively plan sessions to ensure participants are engaged and their well-being improves. The role offers a hybrid model with on-site duties and flexible hours, paid at £16.35–£17.47 per hour, plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts.

Job description

Salary: £16.35 - £17.47 per hour (Plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts)

As a NPLQ Trainer Assessor, you will lead and deliver various activities which will result in qualification or attendance certificate. You will creatively plan sessions to ensure customers are happy and always engaged during the sessions.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent teaching ability and proven experience of teaching and delivering different courses.

As a casual worker, you will have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the council is not obliged to offer you work.
