Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking a Fitness Consultant to guide customers on safe equipment use during inductions and to design personalised wellness programmes. You will coach and support individuals to achieve their health goals in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Applicants should be a qualified fitness instructor with strong communication, empathy and broad knowledge of the fitness industry. The role offers hybrid working with on-site presence and flexible admin time.

We are looking for someone who is a qualified fitness instructor who can communicate honestly and openly with customers, who is also empathetic, and holds a broad knowledge of the fitness industry.
