Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking a casual Class Instructor to lead safe, engaging fitness classes and support participants in achieving their goals.

You will tailor workouts, welcome participants of all fitness levels, and maintain a friendly, inclusive environment while working on a zero-hours basis.

Salary:£17.99 - £19.22 per hour (inclusive of a 10% market supplement)

As a Class Instructor, you will be teaching safe, fun, and effective exercise classes, as well as helping customers with their queries regarding their fitness goals. Further responsibilities include creating engaging workouts, supporting participants of all fitness levels and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

We are seeking a qualified fitness instructor with a passion for exercise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with participants on a personal level.

As a casual worker, you'll have no fixed hours and will work on an as‑needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the Council is not obliged to offer you work.
