Job summary

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Ward Team Administrator for the PICU at Roseberry Park in Middlesbrough, Tees Valley. The role is 30 hours per week with responsibilities in a busy ward office.

The successful candidate will emphasise customer service, administrative skills and ability to multitask within a healthcare environment. Right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience or willingness to work towards Level 3 in Business Administration.
• Key skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 or GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4-9).
• Level 3 in Business Administration.
• RSA Level 2 or equivalent Secretarial/administrative experience in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to the Ward and PICU team to ensure safe, high-quality care for service users.
• Coordinate diary management, meetings, data input and information presentation.
• Multitask effectively in a busy ward office and build strong working relationships.
