Job summary

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Team Administrator to support the bed management team with administrative duties and reporting. The role is flexible and can be based at any trust-wide location, with most work conducted via MST.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience, have strong Microsoft Office skills, and be capable of multitasking in a busy setting while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Level 3 in Business Administration.
• RSA Level 2 Secretarial/administrative experience in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the bed management team including reports and diary management.
• Apply knowledge of Microsoft applications and IT systems; handle data input and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection; communicate effectively with colleagues and services.
