Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting a Picker Packer PM shift for a leading logistics company in Kettering. You will pick items using a voice headset and operate a Low Level Order Picker in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include stacking items in cages, achieving pick targets with accuracy, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Weekend availability and PM shift coverage are required, with a consistent schedule provided by the client.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 kg daily.
• Experience with voice-picking systems preferred.
• Willing to work PM shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Picking items accurately using a voice-activated headset.
• Safely operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP).
• Stacking items in cages for efficient transit to stores/hubs.
• Meeting site pick targets with high accuracy.
• Carrying out general housekeeping for a safe, clean workspace.

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker Packer PM shift to work with a leading logistics company in Kettering. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of service expected in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• 5 days out of 7 including weekends. Weekend availability is mandatory.
• The schedule is provided by the client at the beginning of the assignment.

• Meeting and exceeding site pick targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Performing general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
