Job summary

Job&Talent is recruiting for an Order Picker PM shift in Kettering for a leading logistics company. You will pick items using a voice-activated headset and operate an LLOP in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This ongoing role requires weekend availability and lifting up to 25 kg daily, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and meeting site targets. You will also help with general housekeeping to maintain a clean, productive workspace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Picking items accurately using a voice-activated headset
• Safely operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) in a fast-paced environment
• Stacking items in cages to maximise space and ensure safe transit to stores and hubs
• Meeting and exceeding site pick targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Performing general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment
