Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting for a Picker Packer Nights to work with a leading logistics company in Kettering. The role is essential for maintaining efficient distribution operations and ensuring orders are processed accurately and safely.

The role requires 5 days out of 7, including weekends, with the schedule provided by the client at the start. You must lift up to 25 kg daily and operate a Low Level Order Picker using a voice-activated headset, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25kg daily.
• Experience picking using a voice-activated headset.
• Maintain high level of accuracy to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Picking items using a voice-activated headset.
• Safely operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) in a fast-paced environment while adhering to site health and safety regulations.
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy to meet and exceed site pick targets.
• Safely stacking items in cages to maximize space and ensure safe transit to stores and hubs.
• Performing general housekeeping to keep the work area clean and tidy to ensure a safe environment and boost productivity.
