Jobandtalent is recruiting for a Picker Packer on AM shift to join a leading logistics provider in Kettering. You will pick items using a voice-activated headset and safely operate a Low Level Order Picker in a fast-paced warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Responsibilities include stacking items in cages, meeting site pick targets, and keeping the area clean and organized. 5 days out of 7, weekends included; ongoing assignment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25kg daily.
• Reliable and accurate order picking against targets.
• Willingness to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
