Job summary

Job&Talent is recruiting for an Order Picker PM shift in Kettering for a leading logistics company. You will pick items using a voice-activated headset and operate an LLOP in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This ongoing role requires weekend availability and lifting up to 25 kg daily, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and meeting site targets. You will also help with general housekeeping to maintain a clean, productive workspace.

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Order Picker PM shift to work with a leading logistics company in Kettering. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of service expected in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• 5 days out of 7 including weekends. Weekend availability is mandatory.
• The schedule is provided by the client at the beginning of the assignment.
