Jobandtalent is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative PM shift in Kettering. You will pick items with a voice headset and operate a Low Level Order Picker in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires lifting up to 25kg daily and includes weekend work. You will help stack items, meet pick targets, and maintain a clean, safe workspace within a globally recognized logistics brand.

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative PM shift to work with a leading logistics company in Kettering. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of service expected in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Pay rates:

• 5 days out of 7 including weekends. Weekend availability is mandatory.
• The schedule is provided by the client at the beginning of the assignment.

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Operative PM shift:
