Job summary

University Health Service is seeking a Physiotherapy Assistant to support the Physiotherapy Unit. The role involves assisting physiotherapists, handling patient registration and appointment scheduling, and performing reception and clerical duties.

You will also manage medical supply purchases and inventory, and take on other duties as assigned. The position is a two-year fixed-term contract, with potential renewal subject to performance.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or equivalent.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist physiotherapists in delivering treatments.
• Support general chores in the physiotherapy clinic.
• Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Perform reception and clerical support.
• Manage purchase and inventory of medical supplies.
• Undertake other assigned duties.
