Job summary

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Physiotherapy Assistant to join the Acute and Older Persons Medicine Team. You will support physiotherapy on inpatient wards, undertake non-clinical admin and supervised clinical tasks, and help ensure safe, compassionate patient care as part of a 7-day roster.

The role offers training and working with experienced staff, learners, and students, within a large teaching hospital that values development and PRIDE

Responsibilities

• Working under direction to undertake a variety of non-clinical administrative tasks to support the Physiotherapy service.
• Working under supervision to undertake a variety of clinical tasks to support the delivery of Physiotherapy to patients.
• Working without direct supervision within a specified clinical area to undertake delegated clinical tasks to support Physiotherapy delivery.
• Support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, aligned with PRIDE values.
• As the successful post holders, you will be included in the Integrate Medicine in-patient weekend and bank holiday roster to fulfil 7-day working commitments.
