We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapists who are registered with the Health Care Professions Council to join the Physiotherapy Services Teams at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This is a full-time rotational post of 37.5 hours.
This rotational post offers opportunities in MSK outpatients, pulmonary rehabilitation, community hospital inpatients (including neurology), as well as home-based rehabilitation.
The post holder will be supported by experienced physiotherapists and the wider multidisciplinary team. They will be required to independently manage their own caseload and contribute to departmental and service needs. The post holder should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, show initiative and team spirit, and be committed to patient care, helping patients achieve their maximum potential. Flexibility to work across various locations within the Trust, as the service requires, is essential. An understanding of rehabilitation, gained through clinical placements or experience, is desirable. Continuing Professional Development is encouraged and supported through annual appraisal. Clinical supervision will be provided as appropriate.
The post holder must be flexible and able to travel to various locations across the Trust in a timely manner.
