Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust in Lewes is seeking a Fixed Term Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Joint Community Rehabilitation Service (JCR) covering High Weald Lewes & Havens.

You will work within an integrated, multi-professional team to assess and treat adults in their homes or at our Community Rehabilitation Hub, helping to prevent unnecessary admissions and to promote independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy.
• HCPC Registration.
• Post-graduate qualification or proven equivalent experience and knowledge in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation to adults with a variety of medical, neurological and surgical conditions.
• Fully support to develop inter-professional skills and areas of special clinical interest.
• Regular supervision and training opportunities for professional development.
