East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Physiotherapist (Band 6) for a fixed term 7-month post based in Lewes County Hall. The role is 36 hours per week, part-time, with weekend work, within the Joint Community Rehabilitation Service (JCR) to support early discharge and independence.

Applicants should hold a Physiotherapy degree, HCPC registration, and ideally post-graduate qualification or equivalent experience, with 2–3 years acute rotational and community rehabilitation exposure.

Qualificações

• Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
• Post-graduate qualification or proven equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years acute rotational experience and community rehabilitation exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide rehabilitation to adults with medical, neurological and surgical conditions.
• Work within an inter-professional team to develop patient-centred goals and plans.
• Contribute to professional development and supervision within the JCR service.
