The post holder will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to promote positive health outcomes and maintain accurate records whilst supporting individuals with complex neurological needs. The Oakleaf Group currently caters for a male client base specialising in neurological rehabilitation across various sites. This role is based in one of 4 units at our Hilltop House site at Hartwell in Northampton, currently rated as Outstanding by CQC.
