Job summary

Oakleaf Group is seeking an Administrator/Minute Taker to support the multidisciplinary team at Hartwell. This full-time role is based at our Hartwell site and involves accurate minute taking, clerical support, and coordinating meeting logistics.

You will attend resident reviews, prepare minutes, distribute reports, provide reception cover, and contribute to a compassionate, person-centred service. The role requires strong communication, IT skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a busy

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate setting residents reviews, inviting internal and external parties.
  • Attend resident meetings and produce accurate minutes and summaries.
  • Coordinate assembly and distribution of assessment review reports within timescales.
  • Attend daily Safety Huddle meetings and produce minutes and action log.
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and Best Interest meetings and distribute minutes.
  • Attend ad hoc meetings and distribute minutes.
  • Attend weekly MDT meetings and distribute minutes as directed.
  • Provide reception cover.

Administrator/Minute Taker
Location: Hartwell, Northampton
Permanent| Full-time| 37.5 hours per week (8.30am - 4.30pm, Mondays - Fridays)
Rate: £13.41 per hour

The Oakleaf Group are currently recruiting for a Full time Minute Taker/Administrator, to support the Interdisciplinary Team at Oakleaf's main site in Hartwell.

The Minute Taker/Administrator is responsible for providing high quality clerical and administrative support to the Multidisciplinary Team at Oakleaf. In addition the Minute Taker/Administrator will be responsible for specific projects as directed by the Deputy Director.

The Minute Taker/Administrator will report directly to the Deputy Director.

About the Service - The Oakleaf Group

The Oakleaf Group has firmly established itself as one of the leading providers of community based brain injury rehabilitation, providing clients with a high standard of nursing care and an intensive therapeutic rehabilitation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established service for adults who require nursing care, personal care and rehabilitation programs because of their long-term neurological conditions including acquired brain injury.

The Role

You will:

  • Arrange and co-ordinate setting residents review meetings, ensuring that all relevant parties (internal and external) are invited to attend.
  • Attend resident review meetings and produce accurate and comprehensive minutes/summaries.
  • Co-ordinate the assembly and distribution of resident assessment review reports within agreed timescales.
  • Attend daily Safety Huddle meetings and produce minutes and action log.
  • Attend resident Core Team meetings and Best Interest meeting and produce and distribute minutes.
  • Attend ad hoc meetings and produce and distribute minutes.
  • Attend weekly Multidisciplinary Team meetings and produce and distribute minutes as directed.
  • Provide reception cover.
