Job summary

Intellectual Capital Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced Physical Design Engineer to work across the full PD flow—from netlist to GDS—and to contribute on 22/20nm nodes. You will tackle floorplanning, power planning, placement and optimisation, CTS, routing and die-level DRC closure on a range of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 3+ successful tapeouts.
• Knowledge of PD flow from netlist to GDS (Floorplanning, Power planning, Placement & Optimisation, CTS, Routing, Post route optimisation and DRC closure).
• Experience in logic synthesis, Conformal, Static Timing Analysis and Place and Route (PnR).
• Experience with 22/20nm process nodes is desirable.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Electronic Engineer or a related field
• 3+ successful tapeouts
• Knowledge of entire PD flow from netlist to GDS (Floorplanning, Power planning, Placement & Optimisation, CTS, Routing, Post route optimisation and DRC closure)
• Experience in logic synthesis, conformal, static timing analysis and Place and Route (PnR)
• Experience working a 22/20nm process nodes is desirable
