Job summary

Pure Talent Group is seeking an Experienced Photocopier / MFD Field Service Engineer to cover the M4/M3 corridor, working from home and servicing across Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire. The role offers a competitive salary and a company vehicle.

You will be responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of photocopiers and MFDs at client sites. The ideal candidate will have proven field service experience with photocopiers/MFDs, strong diagnostics, networking knowledge, and excellent

Experienced Photocopier / MFD Field Service Engineer

Location: M4 / M3 Corridor - Berkshire / Surrey / Hampshire

Salary: up to £40,000 + Company Vehicle + Benefits

The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of photocopiers and multifunctional devices across a varied customer base. You will work from home and manage your own territory, attending customer sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues while maintaining high service standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Photocopier or MFD Field Service Engineer.
• Proven experience servicing and repairing photocopiers and multifunctional devices.
• Solid MFD / Copier exposure
• Good understanding of networking, print drivers, scanning solutions, and device configuration.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• The ability to work independently and effectively manage a field-based workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A home location within or close to the M4 / M3 corridor.
