Utilise Recruitment Ltd. is helping a leading engineering business recruit a Field-based Photocopier Service Engineer.

You will service, maintain, fault-find and repair photocopiers across designated territories, delivering hands-on technical support and building strong customer relationships. The role involves planned maintenance and reactive visits, operator training, and identifying opportunities for additional products and services, with a £35,000 base salary plus bonus and commission and a

Salary: £35,000 Basic + Bonus + Commission

Reporting To: Service Operations Manager

The Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering business for a Customer Service Engineer to support customers across a designated territory. This is a hands‑on role focused on equipment servicing, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and customer support.

• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive service visits
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
