Job summary

Pure Talent Group is seeking an Experienced Photocopier / MFD Field Service Engineer to cover Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire along the M4/M3 corridor.

You will install, maintain, service and repair photocopiers and multifunction devices at customer sites, manage your own territory, and work from home while delivering high levels of service.

The role offers a full-time permanent contract, a company vehicle, pension, ongoing technical training and a collaborative service team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Photocopier or MFD Field Service Engineer.
• Servicing and repairing photocopiers and multifunction devices.
• Solid MFD / Copier exposure.
• Understanding of networking, print drivers, scanning solutions, device configuration.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Home location within or close to the M4 / M3 corridor.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, service and repair photocopiers and MFDs across customer sites.

The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of photocopiers and multifunctional devices across a varied customer base. You will work from home and manage your own territory, attending customer sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues while maintaining high service standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Photocopier or MFD Field Service Engineer.
• Proven experience servicing and repairing photocopiers and multifunctional devices.
• Solid MFD / Copier exposure
• Good understanding of networking, print drivers, scanning solutions, and device configuration.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• The ability to work independently and effectively manage a field-based workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A home location within or close to the M4 / M3 corridor.
