Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Phone Shop Colleague to provide friendly service, assist customers with mobile products and services, and handle phone and contract setups. You'll work across the store's Phone Shop and wider store to help customers and meet store goals.

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering great service to customers.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and ensure a positive store experience.
• Initiative to help customers with tech queries and contract setups.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Providing flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, including helping customers choose the right mobile products and services, completing phone and contract setups, and supporting customers with a range of tech queries.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
