• Providing flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store
• Help customers choose the right mobile products and services
• Complete phone and contract setups and support with tech queries
• Make customer-focused decisions and complete key store routines
• Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and store performance
• Deliver great service with a positive, team-focused approach
• Build rapport quickly so customers leave confident and satisfied
