Job summary

Tesco Phone Shop Colleague role places customers at the centre, delivering friendly, natural service and helping shoppers choose mobile products and services, including phone setups and tech queries.

Hours are scheduled within availability windows with at least three weeks’ notice, and a minimum of 12 hours per week is guaranteed. Starting pay is £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in M25 stores, with additional payments in some locations.

Qualifications

• The ability to deliver great service and build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy store.
• A positive, proactive approach to helping customers with mobile products and services.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know customers.
• Supporting across Phone Shop and wider store, helping customers with mobile products and services, and assisting with contract setups.
• Helping customers with tech queries and store routines to support great service and sales.
