Job summary

Randox Health is seeking a Phlebotomist for our clinic located in John Lewis, Reading. The role involves taking blood samples from private and corporate clients, data entry into our Patient Information Systems, and providing excellent customer service in a busy health clinic.

The position is full-time, permanent with some evenings and weekends. Right to work in the UK is required, and Hepatitis B vaccination may be necessary. DBS check will be required.

Qualifications

• Essential criteria include healthcare or customer service experience.
• Confident using IT programmes.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Desirable: Phlebotomy experience and certificate or training.

Responsibilities

• Take blood samples from private and corporate clients.
• Conduct client appointments including blood and urine sample collection and data entry into PIS.
• Maintain accurate records and document uploads in PIS.
• Represent Randox professionally at offsite events and appointments.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling at the private health clinic.
• Drive sales and exceed targets.
• Assist with reception, front of house and admin duties.
• Complete forms, specimen labelling and lab orders accurately.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy across multiple software systems.
