Job summary

Randox Health in Reading is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our clinic at John Lewis, Broad St. This full-time, permanent role involves blood sample collection, data entry into our Patient Information System, and providing excellent customer service to private and corporate clients.

You will also assist with reception duties, demonstrate compliant communication, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining high IT literacy across our software systems.

Qualifications

• Experience taking blood samples and handling client data is required.
• Good IT skills with accurate data entry into patient information systems.
• Strong communication to explain procedures and obtain consent.
• Ability to upsell and contribute to achieving targets in a health clinic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct blood and urine sample collection and record measurements in the Patient Information System.
• Demonstrate clear, sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
• Maintain accurate records and upload documentation in PIS.
• Represent Randox Health professionally at events and appointments.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling at the private health clinic.
• Drive sales and exceed targets while supporting reception and administration.
• Complete forms, label specimens, and manage lab order documentation.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy to operate multiple software systems.
