Job summary

Randox Laboratories invites applications for a Phlebotomist role in Liverpool, based in our John Lewis clinic. You will collect blood samples from private and corporate clients, manage data in PIS, and support administrative tasks. The role combines patient care with upselling at a private health clinic and requires IT savvy.

The position is full-time, permanent with some evenings and weekends. Right to work in the UK is required; Hepatitis B vaccination may be needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare or customer service.
• Confident using IT programmes.
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility to work from offsite locations at least once per month.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, and data entry into PIS.
• Demonstrate clear communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
• Maintain accurate records in PIS and upload relevant documentation.
• Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic.
• Proactively drive sales and exceed targets.
• Support reception and front-of-house and other administrative duties.
• Complete forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test orders accurately.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy to manage software systems and daily tasks.
