Job summary

Lancashire Teaching Hospitals is expanding our Phlebotomy Service and seeking dynamic individuals with excellent communication skills to join the team in Preston. Qualifications

• Experience in dealing with patients and staff in hospital environments or Blood Test Clinics is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work seven days a week on a rota including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver phlebotomy services as part of a dedicated team.
• Perform venepuncture and patient care to inpatients, outpatients and GP patients.
• Work on a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays and maintain high standards of service delivery.
