Job summary

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Phlebotomists to take blood samples from inpatients, outpatients and community patients across Fylde and Wyre. A valid driving licence and own vehicle are required, with start times at 07:30 and weekend rotations possible.

Responsibilities

• Take blood samples from patients on hospital wards, clinics and in the community.
• Transport samples to Blackpool Victoria Hospital Pathology Department for analysis.
• Work as part of a team and manage own workload efficiently.
• Adhere to established protocols and Trust policies.
