Summary

You will work as part of the Aseptic Services team in a technical role. To provide an efficient, effective and safe aseptic service to patients. You will assist in the co-ordination of the service and perform relevant in-process checks of aseptically dispensed items. Your duties will include aseptic preparation of products, working within a clean room environment, preparation and checking of documentation, environmental monitoring and stock control. You will co-ordinate medicines supply activity at departmental level to ensure the patients whole treatment is supplied as one complete package. You will be working closely with the Team Leader, Principal Pharmacy Technician and Accountable Pharmacist to ensure all activities within the unit are carried out within the guidelines and standards for Good Manufacturing practice.
