Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a registered Pharmacy Technician to join the Medicines Optimisation Team in supporting the Leeds Sexual Health Service. This 0.4 WTE (15 hours per week) role is permanent and based across multiple sites in Leeds, providing specialist medicines optimisation and governance support.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with registration (GPhC).
• Experience in medicines management is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Stock management of medicines across service sites.
• Conduct medicines audits and cold chain monitoring.
• Support PGD (Patient Group Direction) processes and SOP development/review.
• Monitor incidents and support medicines governance.
