Accuracy and care are central to this role. You will oversee the safe and effective operation of the pharmacy and healthcare business, leading the daily management of the dispensary. You’ll be an expert in the technical aspects of medicine supply while delivering excellent patient care.
Guiding and supporting your pharmacy team and working closely with the Pharmacist and Store Leader, you’ll be influential in growing our business.
You will help deliver the safe and effective operation of the pharmacy and healthcare business, leading the daily dispensary activities.
We offer an exciting career opportunity to advance your pharmacy journey. You must have an NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Beyond experience, we seek individuals with a genuine passion for customer care, capable of supporting and leading the dispensary team and implementing pharmacy strategies.
Completion of a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent is also required to work within our dispensaries.
You may wish to become an Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT); we provide the necessary training and support. As you develop your healthcare knowledge through these roles, your pay and benefits will reflect this growth.
