Job summary

Superdrug in Taunton is seeking a Pharmacy Team Leader to drive daily operations and motivate the team. This full-time role (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays) offers a competitive hourly rate of £17.10 and a pathway to leadership within our pharmacy network.

You’ll lead dispensing team, support the Pharmacy Manager, push performance, ensure the dispensary runs smoothly and complies with GPhC standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing (Level 2 considered).
• Previous experience working in a dispensary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supervisory experience in pharmacy or retail.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating your pharmacy team to deliver outstanding service.
