Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Taunton is seeking a Pharmacy Team Leader. You will lead and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding service and support the Pharmacy Manager with daily operations.

The role requires driving performance while ensuring dispensary efficiency and adherence to GPhC standards. Your experience in a dispensary, strong communication skills, and supervisory background will help you grow within a dynamic healthcare retail environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing (Level 2 considered)
• Experience working in a dispensary
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Supervisory experience in pharmacy or retail (e.g. previous store/assistant manager)

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your pharmacy team to deliver outstanding service
• Support the Pharmacy Manager with day-to-day operations
• Use your initiative to drive performance and add value to the business
• Ensure the dispensary runs efficiently and meets GPhC standards
