We are looking for a Prescription Management Administrator to join our department on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities
- Support the Pharmacy Prescription Management Operations in managing prescriptions, patient data entry, and pharmacy communications.
- Assist in the supply of medication safely, effectively, and efficiently, following regulations and SOPs.
- Follow and promote relevant SOPs and company policies.
- Scan documents into management systems or databases.
- Ensure patient data is accurately entered into systems.
- Respond professionally to correspondence with patients and clients.
- Maintain documentation filing systems.
- Label and dispense prescriptions timely while ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Collaborate with the Prescription Management and dispensing teams to ensure accurate data processing and efficient pharmacy operations.
- Read and comply with communications from head office and other relevant parties.
- Perform any reasonable requests from appropriate personnel.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing suggestions.
- Support other departments as needed.
Hours
Monday to Friday on an 11-week rotating schedule:
- 7am - 3.30pm
- 8am - 4.30pm
- 9.30am - 6pm
- 10.30am - 7pm
- 8am - 5pm
- 9am - 6pm
Experience and Skills
- Desirable: 1 year experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Previous admin experience preferred but not essential.
Qualifications
Desirable: 1 year experience in a pharmacy setting.
Personal Skills & Qualities
- Confident in providing accurate, technical knowledge regarding medication supply.
- Able to build strong, collaborative relationships with the pharmacy team.
- Responsive to communications from hospitals, patients, and internal staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
