Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to help with day‑to‑day pharmacy operations and customer service. You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support.

You’ll assist customers at the medicines counter, help with prescriptions under supervision, manage stock and use pharmacy systems, all while upholding safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English required or desirable; training provided.
• Willingness to complete Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.
• Interest in healthcare and helping customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Support preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain cleanliness, health and safety and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
