Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to support daily pharmacy operations and assist customers, working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure safe and efficient service.

You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided. Expect to handle stock, assist with prescriptions under supervision, and use pharmacy systems while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Interest in healthcare and helping people.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• GCSEs in Maths and English desirable or equivalent (provided via course).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of the pharmacy.
• Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Assist with preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
